Payment Policy
Payments are due in full at the time you place your order. You will receive an email with payment instructions within 24 hours of submitting your order form. Orders are only confirmed and placed on the calendar once the payment has been received.

Refund Policy
All orders below $200 are 100% refundable if you cancel more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations less than 3 days prior to the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
All orders $200+ are 100% refundable if you cancel more than 5 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations less than 5 days prior to the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
